Your complaint will serve to:
Raise awareness,
Record a history, and
Pressure our US Local, State, and Federal Governments to acknowledge these crimes and implement the necessary reforms.

4. Include your name, address, and any other contact information you deem appropriate.
Fill out a petition for every family member abused by CPS. Include a brief personal story. Record the names of those responsible for committing crimes against you. For those of you who are not comfortable revealing your true identity for fear of retaliation by CPS, express this in writing and make sure you include some form of contact information.
If the Petitions Team receives enough complaints they may file a petition on behalf of all participants that may result in an investigation.
